Qualifications: • 10 or more years of relevant experience in a chief of staff, strategy, operations, management consulting, or organizational leadership role. • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving execution in complex, matrixed organizations. • Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and competing priorities. • Strong strategic thinking and structured problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations, briefings, and correspondence. • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with sound judgment. • Experience supporting senior executives and operating effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments. • Interest in international business, public policy, and global affairs strongly preferred.
