Contribute to the strategic direction of RF research and development initiatives. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Over 10 years of progressive experience in RF design and wireless communications. Deep understanding of electromagnetic theory, RF propagation, and microwave circuits. Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools (CST, HFSS, ADS, etc.). Extensive experience with antenna design, characterization, and testing. Familiarity with cellular technologies (4G/5G) and other wireless standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to completion.
