Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities will include: • Operational Management: Oversee daily hub operations, including sorting, loading, and routing, to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries. • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate operational databases, track orders, and generate daily/weekly performance reports. • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate a team of delivery associates, coordinators, • Rider/Driver Coordination: Monitor rider activity, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries. • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, vehicle efficiency, and productivity. • Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries professionally. • Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with company protocols, cycle count, safety standards, and local regulations, including vehicle safety inspections and safe cash handling. • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity. • Customer Support: Resolve delivery issues, handle exceptions, returns, and communicate with customers. Requirements Requirements and Qualifications: • Education: A graduate with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.
