Job description includes; • Support training of providers on FP service delivery • Conduct supportive supervisory and mentoring visits to trained providers to observe LARC provision, assess clinical quality, and identify any safety concerns. • Ensure that CPs and PPMVs engaged in the project are appropriately equipped with LARC commodities, counselling tools, and referral forms. • Coordinate with the commodity supply chain team to prevent stockouts and ensure timely resupply of LARC commodities to service delivery points. • Document and report on the number and quality of LARC services provided at CP and PPMV sites as part of routine programme monitoring. Requirements Job requirement includes: • She must possess a degree in Nursing/Midwifery. • A Postgraduate degree in Public Health or social work will be an advantage. • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years post-NYSC-qualification experience in family planning service delivery, especially the Long-Acting Reversible Methods. Additional experience in program management, training and managing Family planning and maternal and child health programs, especially in the private health sector, will be an advantage. A female is preferred for this role.
