Job Description

The Sales Specialist – Fixed Line is responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers for fixed broadband internet, fiber connectivity, fixed voice, and enterprise connectivity solutions. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving assigned sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities • Prospect and acquire new residential, SME, and corporate customers for fixed line and broadband services. • Promote fiber broadband, fixed voice, dedicated internet, leased lines, and other connectivity solutions. • Generate leads through field sales, referrals, networking, cold calling, and digital channels. • Conduct customer needs assessments and recommend suitable connectivity solutions. • Schedule and conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations. • Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements. • Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Coordinate with technical and installation teams to ensure timely service delivery. • Follow up on installations and resolve customer concerns promptly. • Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline using CRM systems. • Monitor competitors' activities, market trends, and customer feedback. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue, activation, and customer acquisition targets. • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and sales processes. Experience • 2–3 years of sales experience in telecommunications, ISP, ICT, or technology services. • Experience selling fiber broadband, internet connectivity, or enterprise solutions is an added advantage.
