Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and resource allocation plans. • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics. • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and strategic planning meetings. • Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and implementation roadmaps. • Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies. • Track project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and third-party partners to ensure seamless project execution. • Drive process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices to enhance operational efficiency. • Ensure effective change management and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and project documentation. • Maintain project governance standards and ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. • Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on strategic business objectives. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage. Experience 5–8+ years of experience in Project Management. Previous experience in a Management Consulting or Consulting firm is mandatory. Demonstrated experience leading business transformation, strategy execution, digital transformation, or organizational improvement projects. Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders. Proven track record of delivering complex projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
