Job Description The Fiber Optic Team Leader (FTTH / Telecom Networks) is responsible for supervising and coordinating field teams involved in fiber network deployment, subscriber connections, and maintenance activities. Operations and service delivery • Plan and control receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, dispatch and returns to meet agreed service levels. • Translate demand, shipment and inventory plans into daily labour, space, equipment and dock schedules. • Maintain disciplined operations, workload allocation and escalation of service risks. • Ensure products are stored, handled, packed and dispatched in line with approved product, stacking and handling standards. 2.
