You will identify potential users, demonstrate the value of the application, onboard businesses, and help convert prospects into active customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, sales, and helping businesses succeed. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage potential customers across Nigeria, including service professionals or artisans, freelancers, consultants, entrepreneurs, and SMEs. • Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels. • Conduct product demonstrations (physical or virtual). • Explain GIANTworks features and business benefits to potential customers. • Convert leads into registered users and paid subscribers. • Build and maintain relationships with customers. • Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline. • Meet weekly and monthly sales and activation targets. • Gather customer feedback and market insights for the product team. • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business communities to promote GIANTworks. • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives. Education/Other Requirements: • OND, HND, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. • 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Success. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. • Comfortable using smartphones, web/mobile applications, and digital tools. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Target-driven with a passion for achieving results. • Ability to travel locally when required. Nice to Have • Experience selling SaaS or technology products. • Existing network of SMEs, entrepreneurs, or business owners. • Understanding of Nigeria's SME ecosystem. • Social selling experience using LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, or Instagram.
