The successful candidate will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective cash management, and provide insights to support business growth and decision-making. This role requires strong leadership capability, experience managing high-volume financial environments, and the ability to strengthen internal controls while driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and management reports. Ensure timely weekly and monthly cash flow reporting. Lead monthly treasury and financial risk reporting processes. Monitor daily revenue performance and drive revenue assurance reconciliation activities. Prepare and present financial reports and business performance updates to executive leadership. Treasury & Cash Flow Management Manage treasury operations and optimize working capital. Maintain strong banking relationships and resolve banking-related issues. Monitor liquidity position and escalate emerging risks proactively. Ensure efficient debt management and cost of financing. Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning Lead annual budgeting and forecasting cycles. Deliver financial analysis and business insights to support strategic decisions. Monitor operational and capital expenditure performance against budgets. Controls, Compliance & Governance Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Drive adherence to finance SOPs and continuously improve finance processes. Coordinate audit readiness and support internal and external audit activities. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and applicable financial standards. Retail / Operational Finance Oversight Monitor financial performance across operating locations. Oversee reconciliation and remittance processes. Drive issue resolution related to revenue collection and operational finance activities. Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvement actions. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop the finance team. Partner with business leaders to support commercial and operational objectives. Manage relationships with auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and external advisors. Requirements Education & Professional Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as ICAN or ACCA is required. Experience Minimum of 10 years’ progressive finance and accounting experience. At least 4 years in a leadership role managing finance teams. Experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or other high-volume transaction environments. Experience coordinating external audits, including engagement with Big 4 firms, is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong financial reporting and treasury management expertise. Excellent understanding of IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and internal controls. Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems (QuickBooks experience is an advantage). Advanced Excel, analytical, and financial modelling skills. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. <

We sit at the intersection of food, art, sound, and culture — and we need someone who can carry that voice across every channel. The role We're looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to own IBILE's owned marketing channels — social media, email, and design. This is a builder's role for someone who can own our Marketing strategy, run our socail platforms, build a Mailchimp campaign, and design a festival flyer, all while keeping our brand voice consistent everywhere it shows up. You'll be the engine room of our content and communications — translating IBILE's premium, culture-forward identity into consistent, scroll-stopping output, and helping plan the campaigns behind it.
