Key Responsibilities • Manage executive schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and meeting minutes. • Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. • Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on executive decisions. • Organize management meetings and strategic planning sessions. • Maintain confidential records and sensitive corporate information. • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Qualifications • HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
