Job Summary The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making for clients and stakeholders. The role requires strong expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, as well as the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders. The role will also contribute to BI strategy development and ensure data-driven practices are embedded across the organization and client projects Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent. • Write and optimize SQL queries and data models for efficient data extraction, transformation, and analysis. • Collaborate with business units to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions. • Deliver actionable insights to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience initiatives. • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across key business areas. • Oversee data integration processes and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality of datasets. • Develop and enforce BI standards, processes, and documentation for scalability and consistency. • Work closely with IT/Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and governance of data sources. • Support executive management with timely reporting and decision-support dashboards. Skills & Competencies • Strong proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Advanced SQL and database management skills (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) • Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts • Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines Experience • A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics • Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms. • Strong practical experience in writing, optimizing, and managing complex SQL queries, data models, and datasets for reporting and analytical purposes.
